 ServoBelt

servo2

  • At the heart of the technology is a static bonded lower belt that meshes with the upper dynamic belt so that the active belting under tension is only a few inches long. Servo tuning can have much higher gains than conventional belts, because stiffness is high and does not change throughout the travel.

  DDT100S

The DDT100S Rotary Axis combines affordability with accuracy and repeatability in a clean, low profile package, perfect for fulfilling your rotary motion requirements for metrology and light mechanical processes.

  • This 100mm diameter, 50mm tall direct drive stage with glass scale encoder can have resolution down to 1mrad.

  ServoNut™

The ServoNut motor drive is a high force option for most of our motion chassis. ServoNut mates a high performance NEMA 23 motor set directly on a zero-backlash precision ball screw to enable high accelerations of heavy payloads. Learn More

 Super-Z™

The Super Z/Macro-Flexure system is a zero back-lash, zero friction linear bearing without rolling elements. It has all the advantages of an air-bearing in a previously unattainable package height, and none of the travel limitations of a typical flexure stage. Tip and tilt through its travel is limited to an amazing 1 arcsec over a travel of 10mm.

  • Linear motion is derived by rolling shear members that are quite wide providing high resistance to shear and moment loads, even though they're very thin, 0.003 in., as an example.
  • Primary features are its low profile nature, extreme low particle generation and inherent vacuum compatibility. No lubricants or maintenance are required, and it can be supplied with voice-coil, piezo-electric or screw type drives.
