About Bell-Everman

ServoNut Power Module

Bell Everman Inc., creator of award winning robotics has released the ServoNut power module, a high force option for most motion chassis. ServoNut mates a high performance NEMA 23 motor set directly on a zero-backlash precision ball screw to enable high accelerations of heavy payloads. This unit is capable of 1", 300 lbf accelerations at 80% duty cycle as an example. The power module allows for speeds not normally attainable with ball screw applications. With the ServoNut power module, the screw remains stationary and the nut is rotated to achieve linear motion. This permits higher speeds, and longer strokes. About Bell-Everman

Bell-Everman Inc. was founded in 1991 with the goal of creating motion devices that offer best-of-class precision, quality and value. Since then, our motion control technologies have been incorporated into a wide variety of automation and metrology systems—including those found in the aerospace, biomedical, semiconductor, electronics assembly, laser and water jet cutting, CNC machining and packaging industries. Today our product line comprises precision linear bearings, linear motion positioning devices, rotary stages and complete multi-axis robotic systems. All of the products are designed and built in our own facility in Southern California.
